It sounds like you are looking for hitch bolt # 853-5917. Even if you don't have the Snug Tite lock you can still use this bolt. But if you wanted to add the lock as well you could instead get # THSTL2 this is the lock, bolt, keys, washers, and a little wrench that you can use to dig through tools to find a better wrench to use to tighten the bolt. Weight distribution system heads are HEAVY. The only solution out there that can help somewhat is the HitchGrip Carrying Tool for Weight Distribution Head Assembly # 303-HG-712 which basically grabs the ball and gives an easier handle to grab onto. Typically you want your leaf springs to match your axle capacity. I'm not sure what axle capacity you have now, but assuming you didn't suffer a harsh ride with the 4,500 lb leaf springs the 25/1-4" 5,000 lb leaf springs like the # e44SR should be fine and hold up better. Keep in mind, you will still be limited by the capacity of your axle or whatever other trailer component has the lowest rating.
